North West Business Complex is an integral part of the North West Business Technology Zone (NWBTZ), a cross border initiative, funded by the European Union Interreg 111A programme, promoted by IDA Ireland and Invest Northern Ireland, to market Letterkenny and Derry City in order to create new indigenous and foreign investment. The Business Complex is a 50,000 sq ft development spread over 4 acres strategically located on the new main Derry to Donegal corridor. It comprises 43 work units ranging in size from 400 to 2,000 sq ft and a 16,000 sq ft business centre that has meeting, training and conference facilities. The complex provides disabled access, free parking, catering facilities, administrative services etc.. The business units are accessed through roller shutter or pedestrian door. The internal walls are standard block finish with Kingspan insulated cladding. The roof is Kingspan insulated roof cladding with 15% roof lighting. Floors are smooth concrete finish. Units are double height and structural provision has been made for installation of Mezzanine floor. Electrical package includes mains power, fire alarm and emergency lighting.
